Remember Remember who you were When He walked in Found you in Your unhappiness Remember where you were When He walked in Down in a ditch Covered in filthy muck Remember how you were When He walked in Mostly dead Utterly alone Remember what He did When He walked in He scooped you up He held you close Remember how He took The time to wash All the filth away To banish the muck Remember how He called You by your name He made you new Leaving no stains Remember who you are Oh child of God You are never alone You are completely loved
